#1 -  No smoking.

#2 - Be a respectful, positive neighbor -  no unregistered guests or parties, take trash to Bins regularly.

#3 - No pets allowed without Prior Permission

#4 - Please note that there Are Stairs - this is a second floor unit w a rooftop terrace - no elevator

#5 - Take care of our property and amenities as you would your own.  All property Must Remain at the condo when you leave.  Damage and missing items Will be Charged. 

#6 - No glass , or picnics at the pool areas .... security and association rules/ directives Must be followed.  

#7 - You are responsible for parking pass & keys .... all must be left.  Charge for missing keys o pkg pass!

#8 - PLEASE, turn off A/C when not physically in the condo!  This is very expensive here.  Ceiling fans and windows can provide wonderful cooling as well....

#9 - Let us know if there are issues or problems with the condo that need attention.... we want to help you have a Great stay!

#10 - Enjoy ALL the fabulous amenities we have to offer,  our unit, grounds & rooftop …. other , left-hand,side of the rooftop does not belong to us .... please stay on the right hand side  :)

#11 - All keys, parking pass & unit provided amenities Must be left in unit - you Will be charged !

#12 - Check in and check out Must be scheduled w prop mgr at least 36 hours in advance.  

#13 - No overnight guests. without advance notice.

#14 - Damages / extra cleaning charges can and will be charged when warranted

#15 - Renter is responsible  to follow all rules posted in condo, both Association and unit.  Failure to follow basic rules, or requests of  Security will result in loss of condo use.  No refunds are given for refusal to follow rules/ removal, or early check outs.  

#16 - Guests & Renters agree to hold harmless the Lessor from liability for any bodily injury or  personal property damages resulting from your stay on this property.
